Steel concrete shear wall structure has obvious superiority in the high-rise residential buildings, because of its large lateral stiffness to resist horizontal wind load and seismic load ability. Also, it can combine the partition walls with the bearing walls, without letting the head beam and column be exposed in the room, it has good sound insulating performance and fire proof properties.Based on a practical engineering background, optimal design principles based on shear deduced under seismic loads,we can deduce the calculation formula of the structure of equivalent stiffness. By taking the lateral rigidity of the shear wall as a design variable, the amount of concrete in the structure at the minimum level as the object function, the specification of the requirements for the control parameter constraints, the math optimal stiffness model was established. From the shear wall structure design theory, according to the four steps of structural design:scheme design-structural analysis-component design-construction drawings,we summarize the key points and difficulties of shear wall structure design.First of all, from the structure of force, design theory and construction costs, change its layout and hole rate, and establish three alternative structural arrangement optimization schemes. Secondly, using SATWE structure analysis program shear calculation model, and under the assumption that the calculation of the parameters is correct and reasonable premise, compare and analysis the displacement ratio, shear weight ratio, cycle ratio, layer stiffness ratio and other indicators in three model, so as to determine a more reasonable structural arrangement optimization scheme. After a comprehensive analysis, explore the key factors in shear wall structure design. Finally, considering the calculation results and specification requirements of shear wall structures,summarize the issues and make recommendations.This article is based on the design concept of shear wall structure combining the application of actual engineering project to deepen the analysis and summary of the structural design of residence.
