Reconstruction Based On "Smart Decline" Of Rural Space

At present,with the advance of urbanization,a large number of rural population loss,the rural "hollow" of the problem is getting worse.Based on the theory of "shrinking and shrinking",this paper takes the aggravation of the problem of population loss,aging and village hollowing out as the breakthrough point.Through the deep excavation of the concept of "shrinking shrinking",this paper makes clear the enlightenment and reference significance of "mart shrinking" theory to the reconstruction of village space.Based on the analysis of the evolution of the spatial pattern of Liangzhuang village,the author summarizes the development and evolution of village space in Liangzhuang village.Concretely sums up the factors that influence the spatial evolution of Liangzhuang village,and predicts the development trend of Liangzhuang village based on the analysis of multiple influencing factors.According to the evolution of the final state,summed up the evolution of different types of spatial trends and potential use value.On this basis,based on the theory of "shrinking shrinking",the strategy of village spatial reconstruction is put forward,which is shrewd adjustment of village industry,smart utilization of idle space,and smart resource allocation.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and research significance,to determine the research content,methods and technical line.The second chapter expatiates the relevant research progress of "shrinking shrinking"theory and the enlightenment of shrinking theory on rural space reconstruction.In the third chapter,based on the investigation of Liangzhuang village,the author analyzes the evolution of Liangzhuang village's space and the corresponding period of residence in the period of reform and opening up(before 1980),after reform and opening(1980-2005)and after 2005 Spatial value analysis.Chapter 4 summarizes the influencing factors of spatial development of Liangzhuang village,and analyzes the influencing factors of Liangzhuang village,and predicts the future population size,spatial form and spatial distribution of Liangzhuang village.On the basis of this,the possible utilization value of all kinds of idle space resources is analyzed.The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of the third and fourth chapters,proposed Liangzhuang village space reconstruction strategy.Chapter 6 describes the main conclusions of the paper and the shortcomings of the paper.Chapter 6 describes the main conclusions of the paper and the shortcomings of the paper.
