Research On Rural Aggomeration And Settlement Space Evolution Mode Of North Zhejiang

Under dual dynamic function of the urbanization and new rural construction, and with the promulgation of policies like "urban and rural construction land increase or decrease in the hook", rural settlement space presents agglomeration development tendency. With large quantity and wide scope of " movement and merger of village’’ and "village center construction", the evolution and development of settlement space reveal completely different morphological characteristics and evolution rule from tra-ditional experiences, both on speed and strength. Rural construction practice of all parts of North Zhejiang has provided plenty of case samples, which are necessarily to be further comparative study, in order to sum up the rules and experiences for the use of the later.Based on the above background, this paper adopts the research path and content system of "Macro cognitive----value survey----system construction----optimiza-tion strategy". By the analysis of the background, the cause and the function mode of rural agglomeration of North Zhejiang, the paper is to find out dynamic characte-ristics and space elements of settlement space evolution in the process of agglomera-tion; Combining with current situation, the paper is to analyze and establish the ag-glomeration value, and put forward relevant optimization strategy of space evolution, in order to provide space evolution mode and strategy for rural space in great change period, which are accord with its own development rule and function characteristics. The paper starts research from the background and motivation of rural agglomeration of North Zhejiang, and with the analysis of natural ecology, social economy, physical space and other relevant factors, to reveal the necessity of the agglomeration power generating. Through the summary of the agglomeration’s promotion and restrictive factors, the paper is to reveal the key points of the system operation.Then the paper focuses on settlement space change in the process of agglomera-tion. From two space levels of settlement system and settlement unit, the paper ana-lyzes the function way and evolution mode of agglomeration power in settlement space, and also analyzes the force characteristics and defects of relevant policy and system.Through the macro cognition of present situation, the paper then analyzes ag- glomeration value, combining the rural comprehensive value, and puts forward com-prehensive principles of agglomeration:globality principle, autonomy principle, sus-tainable principle and rural principle.On the basis of values, this paper constructs the space interaction system in the process of agglomeration, which contains cohesive force, discrete force and texture force, and analyzes its space factors of its function in settlement unit space, which are: boundary, gathering center, network, neighbor unit, expansion axis. At the last, with the combination of planning practices in villages and towns of huzhou, the paper puts forward optimization mode and strategy of space evolution in all directions, like set-tlement location and settlement change in settlement system level, update and exten-sion in settlement unit level, etc.
