A Study Of Updating Towards Shangxiahang Historical Blocks Under The Perspective Of Community Building

During the revival process of ancient city in new era,as important materials carrier of regional economy,cultural development and humanistic environment,historical block is of significance in aspects like improving urban living standard,inheriting cultural tradition and displaying regional features and so on.With our material demand towards urban environment and spiritual demand to awaken hometown love,the community constructed by commercial building pattern can endow downfallen historical blocks with newborn neighborhood relationship and a series of reform in economic structure and architecture space.Based on a large amount of existing practice project studies,theoretical summary and established framework,the article studies and refers to renewal research achievements and practice for hundreds years over Dihua Street in Taiwan combined with human settlement theory of Wu Liangyong,foreign historical block renewal theory,place spirit theory of architecture phenomenology;secondly,the thesis makes study over related experience of Dihua Street in Taiwan,which has similarities with Shangxiahang in Fuzhou in aspects of historical condition,city positioning,economic basis,urban context,humanistic feature,geographical condition,ecological environment and so on.The thesis emphasizes in referring to protection and renewal experience of Dihua Street and finds ways between urban reform resulted from high-speed economic development and limitation of historical block reservation over material environment through analysis over experience of community establishment and historical block renewal,thus finding ways appropriate for renewal of Fuzhou historical blocks.The thesis summarizes theories related to renewal of ancient cities,historical block renewal,community building and place spirit renewal and so on by referring to scientific theory of human settlement of Wu Liangyong combined with summary about Dihua Street renewal pattern from the perspective of community building in order to explore related theories to Shangxiahang block renewal in Fuzhou and feasibility research,finally looking for renewal road for Fuzhou ancient block.Introduction explains research background of the thesis,confirms research significance and objectives,defines research scope,summarizes related research home and abroad,systemizes research methods and framework,laying basis for research.Propose and analyze problems;targeting at and referring to experience,current situation and problem of Taibei Dihua street,comparing difference in property right,laws and regulations between Taiwan and mainland,the thesis summarizes advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Taiwan and mainland in renewal process.Based on practical investigation,the thesis studies renewal pattern in Dihua Street,Taiwan,construction space renewal,rebirth of neighbor relation,strategy of community participation,and then concludes with referential experience and lessons.Through referring to related experience in Taiwan Dihua Street community building,combined with current situation in Fuzhou Shangxiahang,the thesis finds effective strategies and methods in aspects like relationship with city,street space,revival of neighbor relationship and context continuation and so on.Conclusion and outlook;the thesis makes summary about research contents,and proposes insufficiencies as well as outlook as to successive studies.
