Research On Building Protection And Renewal Mode Of Historic District In Changsha City

As a carrier of urban regional characteristics,historical blocks are an indispensable part of urban historical civilization.As one of the first historical cities,Changsha has a large number of historical blocks and historical buildings with HuXiang charm characteristics.This is a valuable historical resource that belongs to Changsha.However,in the process of urban modernization and expansion,most of Changsha's historically renovated historical districts in 2007 were gradually declining due to their inability to adapt to modern functional needs.They were largely destroyed in 2018 and replaced by high-rise buildings and commercial buildings.Under the severe background of the protection of historical blocks,the purpose of this paper is to design a set of protection modes for historical blocks,so that the historical blocks will be restored to life.In the process of urban expansion,they will not be dismantled due to the decline,and will be retained for a long time.Therefore,this paper focuses on the protection and renewal of historical blocks by reading a large amount of theoretical literature,combining actual research and analyzing actual cases,etc.The main research results are as follows:(1)Combing the theory of heritage protection and urban renewal,understand the contemporary background of historical block protection,and explore the positive effects of historical block design on urban heritage and urban characteristics.(2)Defining the concept of Changsha Historic District building,historical data collation,site exploration,status analysis and problem induction for architectural examples of historical blocks in Changsha Taiping Street Historic District and Chaozong Street Historic District.(3)Based on the investigation and analysis of the buildings in Changsha historical district,the architectural features and decorative features of Changsha historical district are summarized.(4)Put forward the strategy of building protection mode in Changsha historical block,and elaborate on the mode content,transformation design and industrial function.It is hoped that through the research results of this paper,some models and ideas will be provided for the protection of historical block buildings,and a longer-term and more comprehensive goal will be proposed in inheriting the historical context of the city.The exploration and prospects for the renovation and future development of historical block buildings will be made and improved.The theoretical system of building protection and renewal in historical blocks has aroused wider attention and deeper thinking.
