Study On Service Level Of Conventional Public Transport Based On SPA

As an important part of public transportation system,conventional public transport is loved by the passengers originally due to high site coverage,large service radius,flexible factors and its low fares.But with the improvement of economic level,private car ownership increased significantly,under this background,the conventional public transport service level will directly affect the passenger’s choice of way to travel.Therefore,how to improve the service level of conventional public transport is very important.This paper analyzes the cause of service level of conventional public transport.Determine the convenience,fast,comfort and safety as the main influence factors.These factors relate to each other,mutual influence service level of conventional public transport.Then,using the fishbone diagram analysis method to breakdown each evaluation index and determine the service level of conventional public transport evaluation index system.The set pair analysis method is used to evaluate the service level of conventional public transport.The evaluation model is based on SPA system,using the analytic hierarchy method to calculate the index weight of service level of conventional public transport.Then we calculated the connection degree using SPA theory.Finally,we get the comprehensive evaluation value of service level of conventional public transport.At last,we take the conventional public transport in Shaowu as an example,which further illustrates the specific applications of SPA evaluation system.And put forward the improvement suggestions according to the evaluation conclusion.
