Power supply reliability is one of the criteria for measuring the degree of economic development.With the continuous development of technology and economic,uninterrupted power supply demand is getting higher and higher.Distribution live working technology has become an important means of maintenance and technical means to keep equipment safe and reliable,and to improve the economic efficiency of the grid and the quality of the power supply,and is gradually developing to the non-stop operation technology forward.Bypass live working is an maintenance operation who introduced a bypass system to replace the original system to keep the uninterrupted power supply or only a short time power outage,it can be flexibly used in the network maintenance and transformation,and achieve equipment replacement and network transformation without power outage.It is more in line with the current situation of China's social needs,it has a high practicality and significance of economic and society,and is the future development trend of distribution live working.This paper analyzed the current situation of non-stop operation at home and abroad and the development of distribution network in Quanzhou area,took the 10kV distribution network in Quanzhou as the implementation background,and then carried out the research and application of bypass non-stop operation according to the distribution structure,equipment type and construction needs of this area.By analyzing and calculating the risks like over-voltage and over-current in the process of bypass non-stop operation,the load transfer process and the over-voltage and over-current condition during it,and the load condition of parallel operation,the corresponding organizational measures and technical measures are studied.And then according to the complexity of the bypass non-stop operation projects is divided into two levels of engineering practice,the bypass non-stop operation method to open the straight and install the sub-switch is selected as the first level,the bypass non-stop operation to replace distribution transformer is selected as the second level,respectively,select the matching bypass equipment and special vehicles,design bypass system wiring structure and detailed construction programs and work guidance to ensure the safety of people,equipment,and the power grid.Finally,analyzed the economic benefits of the projects.The purpose of this paper is to realize the extension of the field of non-stop operation in Quanzhou area by introducing the technology of bypass non-stop operation,and to convert the live working which can reduce the power outage range into non-stop operation which can realize short-term stop or even non-stop,and to achieve further improvement of power supply reliability and service quality.
