Probe And Implement Of The On-load Replacement Of High Voltage Disconnector For A 10kV Distribution Line

With the rapid development of industrial technology and national economics,power quality has attracted more and more attentions in the field of powerapartments and users, electricity reliability rate is increasingly demanding. Liveworking in 10 kV distribution network is the main direction of future distributiongrid maintenance, and an effective way to improve the electricity distributionsystem and equipment reliability rate. In this paper, a direct operation way ofon-load replacement high voltage disconnector by using by-pass jumper wasintroduced, which is in accordance with the safety codes and the hot linemaintenance rules.This thesis first analyzed the sense of the live working, the development of thelive working in the home and abroad, and the development of the distribution line.Then, it analyzed the working condition, the mode and the theory of the liveworking seriously. The theories of the earth potential working, midial potentialworking and equal potential working. It analyzed the characteristic of the liveworking in 10 kV distribution network. After that, discussed the live-work safemesure in tools for live working, the aerial lift device with insulating arm, theorganized measure, the working environment and the worker.Then, the thesis advanced the new method of the on-load replacement of highvoltage disconnector for a 10 kV distribution line, analyzed the working projectand the method seriously, hackled the preparing work of the new item, compiledthe operation rule, discussed the live-work safe mesure and the notice, so as toprovide the reference and operation criterion. At last, the item is put in practice asthe project and the working instructor, expounded the whole process of the item,reasoning the feasibility of the new item.The new method of the on-load replacement of high voltage disconnector for a10 kV distribution line ensured the power supply to the whole client in the line,solved the conflict between the power supply to the client, the health of theequipment and the credibility of the line, had important signification in advancingthe power supply reliability of the distribution system.
