With the development of society and economy, especially after the 18 th great meeting of our party, under the central of good policy, the momentum of urbanization development would be developing rapidly. Under this situation, the demand for the reliability of power supply will be more strict than before, at the moment power live-working of the distribution network has wider space. At the same time, we should also find that especially in the new situation, state grid corporation of every province’s company charges more strict regulations, apart from the first and the second live-working kinds simple operation, the third and fourth class charged homework must also increase the rate during the all live-working kinds, as well as the live-working about power cables.Under the above situation, the transformer replacement project in the fourth class of distribution network was performed with emergency bypas s car, and with this work as the breakthrough point in this paper, together with the actual situation of the test platform of Liaoning Power Co., LTD. and its relevant units, we further studied related contents of the transformer replacement project of distribution network with emergency bypass car. Firstly, according to the project requirements of Liaoning Power Co., LTD and its relevant units, the struction of bypass cable terminals were mostly done through calculation combined with experience,through the finite element analysis ANSYS method and combining with related software, we can easily the stress cone of intermediate joint structure. Finally we optimized the model structure and found that meet actual needs; Secondly, Secondly the internal insulation structure of the joint is discussed, and then verify the physical performance of corresponding bypass cable joints; Thirdly, conceptual framework and requirements and procedure as well as others of bypass work are briefly summarized and analyzed..At last, accord to the transformer replacement project of distribution network with emergency bypass car in the Liaoning Power Co., LTD., we expounded the weather for the class assignments, work environment and safety distance requirements, then introduced and analyzed the its staffing, the assignments and instrument, and the main materials, the preparation before operation, operation steps, operation ke y points, security considerations, technological requirements of installation and operation risk assessment related contents in the job, all of these would be greatly benefit for the fourth class live-working of the Liaoning Power Co., LTD.
