With the continuous improvement of China’s material and economic level,people’s demand for the reliability of electricity is also increasing,but due to factors such as harsh natural weather,the aging of public electrical equipment,power companies often need to distribution transformer The maintenance of regular maintenance,power failure under the operation of distribution transformers for residents of the daily life of the rapid commercial operation of the normal production of industrial losses is immeasurable,on the other hand,the grid company to live with the operating mode of the match Network equipment maintenance and troubleshooting,both in the electricity market to restore certain economic losses,but also in people’s minds to establish a better social image,based on the above reasons,so the research and popularization and application of live operating technology has important practical significance.In this paper,the mobile load to the column transformer for the study of the entry point,through the live working method of moving the load transfer system for 10 kV high voltage power supply into low voltage 0.4 kV transfer to the user,and then to be overhaul on the column transformer Out of operation,into the power outage of the transformer maintenance,to achieve uninterrupted power supply to the user.Firstly,this paper describes the frame structure of the system and the functions of each module.Then,it introduces the design and selection of each subsystem module.The emphasis is on the design of plug-in terminals and connectors,The electric field distribution at the end of the flexible cable is determined by the stress control cone.The electric field parameters are determined by finite element analysis.The relationship between the interface pressure and the surface discharge voltage is discussed to determine the theoretical value of the plug-in terminal and connector insulation structure.Finally,with the aid of the 10kV power distribution line bypass emergency operation system of Nanning Power Supply Bureau of Guangxi Power Grid Company,this paper realizes the two project examples of replacing the transformer on the column with the transformer replacement and the integrated non-power-off operation.And the practical application of the bypass load transfer system is described.
