| With the continuous development of economic globalization,informatization and integration,the popularity of the Internet makes e-commerce extend into all areas of our life.As the consequent change has happened in consumption patterns,the impact on the distribution of logistics has become increasingly evident for economic activity,which have drawn the companies’ attention.Distribution as a connecting bridge between production and consumption plays an intermediary role.The optimization of distribution route is a key link in the process of logistics distribution and the rationality of distribution route has a great signification on the speed,costs and profits.Therefore,rational and efficient distribution route program designed,not only can reduce operating costs,delivery time and improve the efficiency of enterprises,but also can serve our customers better,improve customer satisfaction and maintain a good corporate image.This essay mainly solves the problems of the high distribution costs and low efficiency in the logistics process of Hebei Guoda Commercial Chain Ltd.According to the factors under the O2 O environment,namely the cost factor,service factors,environmental factors and other factors.Aiming at the self-distribution model selected by Hebei Guoda,this essay uses AHP to construct the TSP mathematical model of logistics distribution with centralized distribution to each stores on the basis of four kinds of distribution modes,which are self-distribution mode,the third-party distribution mode,common distribution mode,and the supplier delivery mode.Then by using the knowledge hidden in the date as well as the method of genetic to solve the established model,the optimization of the logistic distribution routes of Guoda 36524 is worked out.In the meanwhile,this essay analyzes the system optimization for the distribution from each store to end customers under the environment of O2 O.Based on the above study,this essay provides some suggestions for optimizing the logistics distribution system of Hebei Guoda. |
