Production logistics is an indispensable daily business unit, which is an indispensable factor for the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. It is also an important source of enterprise cost. In recent years, especially the rapid development of computer network technology has greatly promoted the progress of logistics technology, the world's leading manufacturing enterprises have no longer simply will be the logistics activities as operating costs, but rather as a after labor and resource of the third profit source.In this paper, the manufacturing enterprise production logistics common problems, combined with lean logistics tools PFEP, design and develop a set PFEP and packaging management one of the system, so that the manufacturing enterprise production logistics optimization, logistics costs have been reduced and improving the efficiency.At first, the paper introduces the construction of PFEP management system background and necessity, by analyzing the in-depth research on the logistics of production, according to the current status of the logistics enterprise, it is concluded that the system of the business and functional requirements and business process model, established the system construction goal and the main body frame.Secondly, the analysis of the key parameters of enterprise PFEP, summed up the importance of logistics distribution and optimization, and painting workshop of D company as an example, distribution routing optimization problem is abstracted for VRP problems, and to the distribution of path shortest as the objective function established mathematical model of the vehicle routing problem, the ant colony algorithm to solve the model, and through the selection probability of the improved ant colony algorithm in convergence speed has been optimized.Finally design and implement the PFEP management system, according to the results of research and demand analysis, detailing the system software architecture, overall design, database design and function modules, and gives concrete realization of partial functions. At present, the system is running smoothly and orderly, which is of great significance to improve the logistics management level of enterprises and enterprise informatization construction.
