Research On The Management Of Taizhou Power Supply Company

The national power industry development planning is a strategic goal focusing on building "one strong and three excellent" modern company,which vigorously promotes the "strive to exceed,pursuit of excellence" spirit of enterprise and implements intensive development,lean management,standardized construction.All of these make the safety production continuously strengthened and development of power grid continuously accelerated.This paper uses benchmarking management theory,taking Taizhou Power Supply Company benchmarking index system as the starting point,to analyze the status quo of Taizhou Power Supply Company benchmarking from five aspect,that are strong power grid,superior asset,good service,excellent performance and advanced management.And it makes comparison and analysis with the benchmark company of Wuxi power supply company in chapter five to identify management shortcomings and weaknesses.In chapter six,it puts forward targeted improvement methods and measures.Then on the basis of the analysis,this paper puts forward Taizhou benchmarking management' further safeguard measures including target segmentation management,early warning management,strengthening deviation process tracking,decomposition responsibility implement,strengthening supervision and coordination;optimization performance appraisal mechanism and promotion enthusiasm of the staff.
