With the increasing of the world population and the aging trend of the population of China,more and more old people pay more attention to the problem of the old people.When home care and community support for the elderly can not meet the needs of the elderly care services,the elderly gradually turned to the body of the pension,which on the pension agency put forward higher requirements.As the current elderly people lose energy,the number of semi disabled elderly gradually increased,the elderly are concerned about not only the quality of service for the elderly,It also needs the function of medical care,rehabilitation and health care.But the reality of our country is the lack of medical resources in the pension institutions,in order to further improve the content of the old-age care system,put forward the "combination of medical care" pension model.Through the study of this model,Respectively from three aspects of the function configuration and scale index,the overall layout mode and the design of single space,the paper discusses the construction design of the "combination of medical support" type of pension institutions.The first part is the first chapter of the thesis,which mainly studies the social background of the emergence and development of the "combination of medical care" type of pension,interpretation and explanation of related concepts,the purpose and significance of the study.The second part is the second chapter of the paper,the main research is related to the basic theory of research,through the study of physical and psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly,this questionnaire survey on the basic situation of the elderly,medical conditions,medical service needs and service content,.The third part is the three or four and five chapters of the thesis,which is the function allocation and the scale index,the overall layout,the characteristics and the spatial design of the architecture of the "combination of medical care".Through the analysis of the characteristics of the traditional pension institutions and the composition of the function space of medical rehabilitation.In order to study the function of the combination of"medicine" and "keeping",the combination of "medical" and "support" is put forward.From the planning level,the overall layout of the "medical care" type of pension institutions,through the analysis of research examples,to sum up the layout of the four models and the characteristics of each model.The analysis of the "medical care" property of the old building from the perspective of the building monomer and the interior space design of the pension institution,Including three types of space and space of the old age care,medical rehabilitation and maintenance activities.
