Although China is not the most serious aging country, but this situation still cannot be ignored.China's state and government have paid great attention to the aging problem, and have proposed to actively solve the aging problem in the 18 th national congress and 19 th national congress, and have set up the old-age care pilot programs in various regions of the country. In this context, many private enterprises have made great efforts to enter the pension and medical care market and provided some research plans. However, from the perspective of the facility layout of the medical and nursing building, the current plan still has some original problems of traditional hospitals, such as unreasonable hall facilities layout and no consideration of endowment factors. Therefore, the facility layout of the medical and nursing building has become the core problem at the present stage, which is one of the most urgent problems to be solved by each medical and nursing institution. This paper selects a famous national grade iii class a hospital in liaoning as the research object. The purpose of this study is to explore how to apply the technology of industrial engineering and SLP analysis to the optimization of the layout of medical and nursing building facilities, and to give play to its theoretical guiding role.Based on this purpose, this paper first discusses the research background of the layout of the medical and nursing building, the literature of the layout design of the domestic medical and nursing building and the layout scheme of the foreign medical and nursing building. At the same time, related theories of industrial engineering, optimization management methods and SLP analysis were studied in depth. Then, the research object of this paper is introduced in detail, namely, the general situation of LN hospital and the hospital building. Then, based on SLP analysis, the problems existing in the layout of the medical and nursing building at the present stage were analyzed, for example, the layout of the facilities did not take into account the objects of medical and nursing care, the overall design of the medical and nursing building was not reasonable, and the information transmission between the clinics was not smooth. In addition, the paper also analyzed the mutual relations in the hospital room of the hospital building, such as the analysis of patients' mobility frequency, the analysis of the mutual relations between the clinics, the analysis of the comprehensive proximity between the clinics and the analysis of the relations between the clinics and the cases. Then it puts forward the optimization plan of the facilities layout of the medical and nursing building, such as the diagnostic area layout, the location map of the operating unit and the optimized layout scheme. The results of the proposed optimization plan were compared and analyzed from three aspects: moving distance, time and service quality. The results showed that the optimization plan of the facility layout of the LN hospital building was feasible. The optimization scheme of the facility layout of the LN hospital building meets the requirements of the combination of theory and practice as well as the scientific requirements of the scheme. In this paper,SLP analysis method is well applied to the facility layout optimization of the medical and nursing building. This optimization layout plan deeply analyzes and plans the spatial layout of the medical and nursing building. It can be seen that SLP analysis method is also beneficial to the service industry. Therefore,it can also be proved that the optimization scheme of the facility layout of the LN hospital building is of theoretical and practical significance, which can provide certain reference for the pension service institutions in the same field.
