In recent years,the city development and construction of more and more attention to the efficiency,improve the efficiency indeed bring different levels of promotion to economic level and city development,will gradually become the essential traffic of city life in the construction of city road traffic,more and more attention to the level of road traffic,pedestrian street is gradually transformed into more and more motor vehicle lanes,the road widening,and the streets of pedestrians and less activity.This article is in this context,combining environmental behavior and user friendly street,the initial development of the research ideas and principles in Shenyang Huang Temple Road,street space for the practice of the research object,summarizes the restricting factors existing in the streets and pedestrian friendly streets,according to the principle of the construction of friendly the streets,pedestrian friendly streets put forward the optimization strategy of Shenyang Huang Si road.According to the imperial temple street environment quality of a series of studies,the use of standards and mechanisms of pedestrian friendly evaluation,we find that it has a strong guiding factor for urban street transformation of similar imperial temple road,and optimization of the transformation between the various elements and are applicable to such street life,for the use of evaluation enhance the quality of streets and users have specific guidance effect,provides a clear basis for the discovery and optimization of streets.This paper studies from four aspects:First,from the micro scale of street space and environmental behavior of environmental behavior research methods related to science and theoretical knowledge to sort out,then an overview and analysis of the existing pedestrian friendly with the related theory and practice research methods,according to the research and cross correlation.Then the research starting from the present situation investigation,investigation of Shenyang City Huang Temple Road pedestrian space,using field survey forecasting,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,quantitative and qualitative,physical environment,investigation and evaluation of pedestrian behavior perception survey.Then,according to the environmental friendly behavior of walking theory from the perspective of knowledge and its principles and methods,analyzing the cause of the phenomenon,and summed up the factors restricting street walking friendly and construction ideas,as presented below street pedestrian friendly strategies provide the basis and ideas to guide the behavior of environment.Finally,the construction strategies of street walking friendliness are discussed from four aspects,namely,the activation of vitality,the behavior guidance of dynamic walk,the treatment of street interface and the arrangement of street facilities.
