Research On Optimization Strategy Of Public Space Design In Wuhan Opening Residential Area

Since the reform and opening up,China has achieved remarkable achievements in all fields,and the development of cities has been even more rapid.Under the background of rapid development,commercial residential building has solved the housing problem of people's life greatly.And one of the main building mode is used in the former Soviet union closed community,the "four dish one soup" residential area structure in the design and function to meet the demand of the people living in the city highway construction.However,with the increasing of city scale,the social and urban contradictions caused by traditional closed settlements are increasingly serious.Various kinds of traffic and resource distribution problems emerge.Therefore,in this year,experts in our country have a lot of reflections on the interaction between the residential area and the city,which has led to a strong thinking about the open residential area.While theoretical research is progressing,practical examples are also emerging.Under the environment of modern residential closed,neighbourhood relations more and more indifference,while the main causes of life rhythm is too fast,but also and present residential public space too great connection closed lack of energy.Therefore,to change this situation,the quality of public space is particularly important.For the public space of open residential area,it is worth studying the characteristics of both internal and peripheral urban residents.Good open-plan residential space should be the best in terms of spatial hierarchy,functional structure and internal and external cohesion.This article through the system of literature theory study to analyze the related theoretical concept of dwelling area in an open,and then through the actual research to summarize the disadvantages of the traditional closed-end settlements,finally through to the real case of open residential on-the-spot investigation,system analysis and methods such as questionnaire summary to open theory for the construction of residential public space information,finally draw relevant conclusions.
