Research On Construction Quality Management Of Infrastructure Maintenance And Renovation Project Of Jilin University

The basic facilities maintenance and renovation project of Jilin University is mainly to repair and rebuild the infrastructure part of the seven campus of the six campus of Changchun city by Jilin University,in order to make the infrastructure better send out the function of the normal teaching,scientific research and other daily work of the school,and the logistics guarantee project is carried out.The annual fixed cost of the project is twelve million yuan,which is divided into six major items: Jilin University new apartment painting project,greening project,Jilin University campus road maintenance project,Jilin University public building roof waterproof maintenance project and zero repair repair project.Among them,zero repair repair works are divided into five minor items,namely civil engineering,electrical engineering,heating and ventilation engineering,water supply and drainage engineering and decoration works.The cost of all works for the zero repair works is between three thousand yuan and fifty thousand yuan.In this paper,the main construction quality problems of the project are analyzed,and a better construction quality supervision system is formulated.The main existing construction quality problems are irregular distribution of these projects in seven campuses of six campuses of Jilin University.Because the main functions of Jilin University are teaching and scientific research work,the construction of these projects must be unconditionally cooperate with the normal teaching and scientific research work of the school,so that the construction period is often needed and the project time is shortened as much as possible.Therefore,the project has the characteristics of large project volume,scattered site and short construction period.All these factors have a certain impact on the construction quality of the project.The purpose of this paper is to make an in-depth analysis of the existing problems through understanding these problems,using the method of return visit,comparison and field investigation.In order to work out the quality management system of engineering construction that accords with the characteristics of the project.Fundamentally solve the problem of construction quality management.At present,the single project with more serious construction quality problems: the independent single item such as the Jilin University new apartment painting,the greening project,the Jilin University campus road maintenance project and the roof waterproof maintenance project of the Jilin University public building,as well as the clang wall Leather Engineering in the zero repair repair project.Through the exploration and research in this paper,we use the project management theory to formulate corresponding supervision rules and regulations to solve the construction quality problems of the project.It will also manage and constrain the construction unit from the following aspects: the concealment project acceptance,the material entry inspection,the acceptance process standardization,and the establishment of the inspection and acceptance contents.The construction quality is satisfied by the construction unit.The aim of improving the construction quality of the project is to improve the work enthusiasm and work attitude of the project manager by formulating the methods of developing the project,establishing the evaluation system of the construction quality management,making the construction quality control points and carrying out the project completion test operation.So that the system will become a specific and effective supervision system for quality management of engineering maintenance construction in Colleges and universities.
