Research On Application And Optimization Of Construction Projects Quality And Safety Supervision And Management System

With the development of urbanization,the number and scale of construction projects have continued to grow,and quality and safety accidents have occurred continuously.The illegal activities of the project construction units are not uncommon,and there is an urgent need to strengthen supervision.However,the supervisory agencies that undertake the quality and safety supervision and management of China's construction projects generally have problems such as heavy work tasks,inadequate staffing,difficult equipment renewal,poor access to information,single monitoring methods,and uniform standards for law enforcement,leading to supervision and management.It is difficult to keep up with the development needs of the industry.If measures are not taken in time to strengthen supervision and management and maintain normal market order,it will easily bring incalculable losses to the state and the masses.This paper analyzes the development of construction quality and safety supervision and management system at home and abroad and the development and application trend of related science and technology.Under the condition that the objective conditions such as China's supervision and management mode can not be changed temporarily,this subject uses the supervision and management system as the carrier to improve the supervision and management ability of the supervision organization through informationization means.Found through research,due to the lack of advanced functions,lack of mobile program client,poor information interaction,and insufficient intelligence between functions,the supervision and management system of Liuzhou City has not been able to meet the needs of supervision and management work.According to the application status of the supervisory management system in Liuzhou City,the following solutions are proposed: one is to develop a mobile client and expand the scope of use of the supervisory management system;the second is to establish interaction between systems to achieve information sharing;the third is to keep up with the development of science and technology.Continuously develop and apply high-tech supervision methods;Fourth,deepen the linkage between system functions and improve system intelligence;Fifth,optimize system functions and improve system availability.Finally,combined with the example to analyze the optimized effect,it is found that the use and intelligence of the supervisory management system in Liuzhou has been greatly improved,and the supervisory and management capabilities of the supervisory organization have also been improved,which has promoted to some extent.The development of construction project quality ensures construction safety.
