At present,the construction industry of our country's villages and towns still relies on the traditional construction technology.Assembly house is the direction of the development of energy-saving building,but also a shortcut to popularize green buildings.Based on the above background,the research groups introduce a kind of precast conposite structure system.Based on seismic performance comparison of 4 kinds of different types precast composite wall,we analyses the influence of the change of the factors such as the insulation board,the filling block and the filling material of the composite wall panel on the wall stress mechanism;Through the test of 4 pieces of steel truss sandwich thermal insulation laminated floor,the influence of the sandwich insulation,the strengthening rib and the precast floor material on the mechanical properties of the laminated slab is analyzed and compared;Based on the study of the mechanical model of the composite wall panel,the large scale finite element software is used to analyze the random vibration response of two kinds of assembled structures,which are assembled composite structure and assembled concrete wall structure.Based on the design of the assembly structure and the main structure design,the paper focuses on the design of the components of the assembly structure.The paper main research contents and conclude contain:1.Different parameters of 4 specimens(with aerated concrete blocks,sandwich insulation,filled EPS lightweight aggregate concrete block)experimental research on seismic behavior of precast composite wall,to study the different parameters of the composite wall stress characteristics and failure mechanism,comparative analysis of the failure characteristics,hysteretic behavior,bearing capacity,ductility,stiffness the degree of degradation and energy dissipation of seismic performance index.Experimental results show: 1)Specimens of the assembled composite wall in the whole loading process showed bending shear failure,namely edge constraint component bending failure,shear failure for composite wall plate.The components have good ductility and good plastic deformation ability.2)Sandwich thermal insulation layer and the structure layer of the whole connection performance is good,the insulation system on the assembly of composite wallboard has certain contribution to improve the bearing capacity.3)The structural bearing capacity of EPS particle reinforced concrete composite wallboard is slightly lower,and the change of the material and the thickness of the composite wall have no influence on the plastic deformation ability of the composite wallboard.4)The double faced smooth composite wallboard has good structural bearing capacity,and the weakening of the aerated concrete block thickness instead of fine stone concrete does not affect its elastic-plastic deformation capacity.2.Static loading test by 4 full-scale composite slab,the mechanical properties of the composite slab;comparative analysis of sandwich insulation and the reinforcing rib forms(single longitudinal ribs,steel truss,precast floor material)(ordinary concrete,steel fiber recycled brick aggregate concrete)influence of the key parameters such as the basic mechanics of composite slab the performance of the.Experimental results show: 1)The steel truss sandwich thermal insulation laminated floor can effectively improve the cracking load and the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure.In the elastic stage and elastic-plastic stage,the sandwich thermal insulation layer in the board has great contribution to the stiffness,until the component failure.2)Compared with different reinforcement ribs,the steel truss has obvious advantages compared with the single longitudinal rib,and has good ductility.3)The steel truss composite floor can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure,and the effect on the cracking load is not very significant.4)Recycled brick concrete in steel,and ordinary concrete composite slab bearing capacity in cracking load and limit of basically the same,after the addition of steel fiber can increase the tensile properties of prefabricated components,inhibit crack.3.In the four seismic condition,through the comparative analysis of the random seismic response of prefabricated composite structures and precast concrete wall structure for the two layer village structures using the two kinds of structure,displacement,velocity and acceleration response of the structure parameters of three kinds of features with the structure of site class increases.The structural displacement and velocity response of the assembled composite structure is greater than the corresponding response of the assembled concrete wall structure.4.Village assembly department product design and main structure design of composite structures based on the proposed assembly bearing capacity calculation formula of composite shear wall,structural arrangement,the assembled composite wall section design and construction measures were expounded.The key component assembly design split type composite structure of villages and towns were studied.
