At present,under the background of the environmental protection concept of China’s construction industry and the strong promotion of the concept of sustainable development,green prefabricated buildings have been vigorously promoted and applied.The prefabricated composite wall structure system using industrial construction methods fully complies with the environmental protection policies of China’s construction industry Claim.In order to adapt to the development requirements of prefabricated composite structural systems,the key issue affecting the popularization and application of prefabricated composite structural systems is the boundary dry connection technology between structural members.Aiming at the assembly composite wall structure,this paper proposes to use the bolt connection method for the horizontal joint and vertical joint of the double-shaped fully assembled composite wall in a straight line.The experimental means,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are used as research methods.The research on the performance of the one-piece double-walled fully-assembled composite wall test piece was carried out.The main research contents and results of this article are as follows:1.Completed the pseudo static test of the four-line prefabricated fully-assembled composite wall based on bolt connection.By connecting the three-line bolts with vertical joints to the in-line double-frame fully assembled composite wall and 1 The horizontal joints at the bottom are bolted cast-in-place composite wall panels for comparison,and the seismic performance indicators such as the bearing capacity,stiffness,hysteresis performance,ductility and energy dissipation performance of the bolted double-wall fully assembled composite wall are studied.To explore the effectiveness of bolting technology for vertical joints,and the effect of the thickness of the connecting steel plate of the vertical joints on its bearing capacity and stiffness.The experimental research results show that the failure modes of the assembled composite wall specimens are all shear-type failures;the bolt connection is a very effective dry connection for the vertical joint between the double prefabricated composite wall panels Method: The bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of the test piece increase within a certain range as the thickness of the vertical joint connection steel plate increases.2.The numerical simulation software ABAQUS was used to perform a numerical analysis of the double-shaped fully assembled composite wall based on the bolt connection.Comparison with the test results verified the reliability of the model;the bolt diameter and the thickness of the vertical joint steel plate,Block and concrete strength,rib beam rib column longitudinal reinforcement ratio,axial compression ratio,wall height to width ratio and other parameters for extended analysis,analysis of the above parameters on the composite wall test piece bearing capacity,joint slip law.The simulation analysis results show that: the greater the thickness of the connecting steel plate,the axial compression ratio,the strength of the block and the higher the reinforcement ratio,the greater the bearing capacity;at the same time,the greater the axial compression ratio,the later the slippage of the connection occurs.3.On the basis of experimental research and numerical simulation,the failure mechanism of the in-line double-frame fully assembled composite wall based on bolt connection is analyzed,and the influence of the connectors and key parameters on the wall shear capacity is established.A simplified calculation model of the shear capacity of the oblique section of the double-walled composite wall panel with a straight line,and a formula for the shear capacity of the oblique section of the fully assembled composite wall of the double-shaped frame with bolts is proposed;The calculated value of the shear bearing capacity of the wall is compared with the test value(simulated value).The results show that the error between the calculated value and the test value(simulated value)of the straight composite wall is within 10% The calculation formula of the one-line double-wall composite wall proposed in this paper has a certain accuracy;At the same time,the shear resistance mechanism and working performance of the joint of the in-line composite wallboard are analyzed,and the calculation of the shear capacity of the horizontal and vertical joints of the in-line double-fold composite wall with bolts is proposed.The formula can provide empirical reference for practical engineering.
