At this stage, the development of our country’s civil engineering and construction industry is still dominated by traditional construction models, but it is the task and goal of the development and progress of the modern construction industry to eliminate outdated production facilities in the construction industry and seek a development model that conforms to energy conservation, environmental protection, and green sustainability. The prefabricated building structure system is the most advanced, scientific and sustainable construction mode among modern architectural forms. The concept of prefabricated building structure has been put forward for nearly a hundred years.Over the past century, the prefabricated production and construction modes of building structures with multiple shapes and multiple components have been continuously updated and explored by scholars and engineers at home and abroad.Shear wall structure is the most widely used high-rise and super high-rise building structure at home and abroad. The reliable connection of prefabricated components and seismic construction technology of prefabricated shear wall structures have gradually become key issues in structural studies.Composite shear wall is a new type of prefabricated shear wall structure that uses prefabricated slabs to be assembled and poured. This research group proposed a design plan for shear wall components using prefabricated prestressed concrete slabs assembling and pouring. The arrangement of prestressed steel bars in the slab improves the bending rigidity and bearing capacity, and improves the stress performance and stability of the prefabricated slab components in the process of production, transportation, and installation. The research group designed a structural seismic performance test for precast prestressed concrete slab shear walls, and carried out tests on 13 full-scale shear wall members with different wall heights, axial compression ratios, laminated slab sizes, prestress levels and other parameters. It shows that the experimental failure morphology and seismic performance of precast prestressed concrete slab shear walls are very similar to those of cast-in-place monolithic members. The seismic performance of pre-stressed composite shear walls is equivalent to that of cast-in-place members, but the ductility is not as good as cast-in-place shear walls. The prestressed steel bars have the effect of restraining the extension and oblique development of cracks and increasing the stability of the components.Comparing the test results,it can be seen that the shear span ratio of the prestressed composite shear wall is inversely proportional to its horizontal ultimate bearing capacity, and the axial compression ratio is proportional to the horizontal ultimate bearing capacity within a certain range, but the increase in the axial compression ratio has an effect on the ductility of the shear wall. And the seismic performance is greatly weakened. The test results are comprehensively compared to evaluate the mechanical characteristics and seismic performance of the laminated shear wall. The ABAQUS software is used to establish a model of the prestressed composite shear wall and numerically simulate and analyze it.Explore the finite element calculation settings of the structure in the simulation. The data results are obtained through ABAQUS numerical simulation, and the comparison between the simulated skeleton curve of the specimen and the experimental skeleton curve shows that the simulation results are close to the experimental results. In addition, the calculation of peak load, yield displacement, etc.is relatively accurate, and the error between the simulation results and the test results on the initial stiffness of the skeleton curve is large.Comparing the stress and strain cloud diagrams with the experimental phenomenon records,it is concluded that the ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation results are effective and can reflect actual experimental phenomena from multiple angles and levels. The Open Sees software platform is used to carry out numerical simulation research on the seismic performance of precast prestressed composite slab shear wall, focusing on the simulation calculation of the hysteresis curve of the component, and the parameterized analysis of the axial compression ratio of the precast prestressed composite shear wall test.Comparing the calculation results of Open Sees with the test results,it is proved that the accuracy of numerical simulation is better, and the simulation values of hysteresis curve shape, peak force, yield displacement and other parameters have little error compared with the test. |
