| In recent years,with the continuous development of the assembled building,the government has introduced various encouraging policies,mandatory policies,and technical standards are also being published.However,there are some problems in the published atlas matching with the standard,such as the small quantity,the inconsistency with the actual demand,and the inconsistency with the individual clauses of the related standards,which make the related atlas has not played its due role and value.This paper focuses on the research of Truss reinforced concrete composite slab atlas.The author has carried out the research on the related Standard Atlas,has retrieved related research results and conducted research and problem collection on design,production and site construction.Finally,referring to the "truss reinforced concrete composite plate(60mm thick bottom plate)"(15G366-1),this paper combs the plans to solve the problems and measures,and then one by one study and obtains the relevant results,and finally forms a new truss reinforced concrete composite slab atlas.The findings are as follows:(1)In this study,8 kinds of side slabs and 3 kinds of middle slabs are designed for the bi-directional bottom slab atlas.Thus the bi-directional bottom slab can basically meet the assembly design requirements of building floor designed at 1M module through splicing combination.In addition,through the addition of large size standard side plate,the number of post-poured band is effectively reduced.This paper also proposes a new method to fine-tune the width of the base slab by varying the cantilever length of the precast slabs on both sides of post-poured band.(2)From the perspective of standardized mass production,4 standard width slabs and 1 variable width slab are designed for unidirectional splicing bottom slab in this atlas.The Wider slab has a large room for adjustment,which greatly ensures the repeated utilization rate of the standard unidirectional bottom slabs.In addition,for the frame structure with convex angle,the method of cast-in-place casting belt with a width of no more than 300 mm is put forward to avoid the generation of notched plate and effectively reduce the proportion of non-standard bottom slab.(3)This atlas innovatively compates the bi-directional and uni-directional whole plate bottom slabs,which eliminates the need for any type of splicing when the floor plate is small,thus greatly reducing splicing operations and improving production and construction efficiency.(4)In this atlas,the non-standard prefab plate drawing and reinforcement drawing are added,and the relevant numbering method is clarified.In this way,the designers can directly refer to the atlas to give the plate number according to the actual size required,thus freeing the designers from the heavy detail drawing work and greatly improving the design efficiency.(5)This atlas simplifies and unifies the installation method of the lifting points of the precast Slab,i.e.the distance between the lifting points and the end of the precast slab is not more than 600 mm,and the distance between the lifting points is not more than 1800 mm,which not only ensures the hoisting safety,but also greatly reduces the design and production error rate.In addition,the author also checkes and optimizes the position of temporary support under the foundation slab during construction and installation... |
