| With the rapid development of social economy,urban and rural areas are facing more prominent contradictions than ever before.Especially,with the acceleration of urbanization,the scale of urban development is expanding,and the urban boundaries are expanding,spreading to the countryside and occupying the rural land,which brings a series of ecological and environmental problems.With the improvement of living standards and spiritual prosperity of urban and rural residents,put forward new requirements to the city environment,living in a green,birds’ twitter and fragrance of flowers in the city.At present,China’s urban planning pays more attention to the construction of built-up areas,but the planning of the whole city area is inadequate.Two yuan in urban and rural areas between long-term city and countryside environment so far;and with the change in the pattern of urban and rural development,urban and rural two opposites evolved into the integrated development of urban and rural planning,urban and rural areas,the ecological environment is an important part of urban green space planning has become a priority among priorities.The introduction of development of green space theory,the research of domestic scholars since 2003 to the green space of periodical literature,collaborative planning from seven aspects of theoretical basis,practice,necessity,value orientation,management mechanism,technical approach and feedback mechanism to do a comprehensive study.This paper analyzes the concept,connotation,system classification and layout structure of urban and rural green space,expounds the mechanism of cooperative planning,and studies the cooperative planning index of garden city and forest city.The three aspects are as follows: Through the analysis of Ma’anshan city green space system structure and layout,green road planning,on the Ma’anshan city green space and space control,industrial layout,historical and cultural tourism development and the layout of the four aspects of collaborative planning.The following conclusions are drawn: urban and rural planning is the basic way of coordinated planning of urban and rural green space,and is the basic way to solve the uneven development of urban and rural areas.Urban green space planning coordination related to different administrative subject,involving many departments,and in practical work,because of the existence of barriers to existing departmental interests,buck passing phenomenon,which requires the establishment of similar Planning Commission Center to coordinate the work of various departments.In addition,green space planning involves many planning,such as urban master plan,green space system planning,etc.,the need for multi regulation coordination,to prevent different planning "fight" each other.In order to improve the planning quality,the planning technology platform is established,and the 3S technology is used as a reference for planning. |
