Study On The Planning And The Construction Of Urban-rural Green Space

Due to the dual structure between urban and rural areas which as a long-term urban and rural development strategy in our country,in the present stage,cities and towns of green space planning lack of overall development,urban and rural green space construction development is seriously not synchronized,which problems exist in our country,as well as the lack of urban green land resources and the waste of town green space resources.While the urban and rural dual structure is being the urban development pattern of our country,early urban green space difference analysis planning was not according to the differences between cities,villages and towns green space function,which lead to serious problems such as early urban and rural green space planning in our country lacked of regional design,and had no clear positioning as well as funtion.There are at least three essential requirements to balance urban and rural green space development in the new epoch.Firstly we need to further strengthen macro control and construction of urban and rural ecological green area resources;Secondly we need to emphasis on green area as the precursor of the urban planning layout,at the same time stress the function of green space benefits;And thirdly,keeping the data of urban green area increasing,we need to guarantee the quality simultaneously.All of the factors ask us to reconsider the layout plans.not only we must unify the urban green area between the villages and towns in the macro strategic,but also differ them in the microstructure on the technical management system and tactics.This thesis is based on the theory of urban green space planning related research at home and abroad,summarizing the similarities and differences between the nature and function of the rural and urban green space,analyzing the present existing problems and the reasons,thinking about how to guarantee the synchronous development of green space in urban and rural areas of both different local characteristics,how to ensure that urban green quantity under the premise of developing the function of different benefit,how to develop green space construction in different jurisdictions and to meanwhile coordinate the development of both urban and rural green space network.This paper,in combination with the concrete practicework experience at the same time,from the urban green space system planning positioning adjustment,and improving the urban green space planning technology system,strengthening the coordination of rural and urban green land construction management department,and from transforming the development model of green space construction in urban and rural areas,summarizes corresponding measures of urban green space planning in the new period of the integration of urban and rural development,and the concept in accordance with the situation of our country urban green space planning,above all of which provide a reference basis for the planning of green space in urban and rural areas,and the construction of urban and rural green space in our country.
