Air Z is one of the " three largest airlines" in China,its national policy,route network,asset size,the advantage in China is obvious.However,in the international scope,compared with the first-class aviation enterprises,Air Z has a large gap in resource allocation,products and services,talent internal management and brand collaborative development.This paper analyzes the external environmental factors of the political,economic,social and technical environment faced by Air Z company by pest analysis,and summarizes the opportunities and challenges of the development of Air Z.Through the analysis of the internal resources capacity of the company fleet size,route resources,corporate structure,customer resources,operational efficiency and unit cost,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Air Z company.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Air Z company,using the SWOT analysis,combined with the strategic positioning,the current development strategy of Air Z company,and formulated a new development strategy.Then design the implementation steps of the development strategy in Air Z company to ensure the smooth realization of the development strategy of Air Z company.Through the analysis,this paper found that the change of Air Z company in the face of external environment should take resource efficiency strategy,product and service strategy and collaborative strategy,and seek for the better development of the enterprise.Finally,the author hopes to help the development of Air Z company and other airlines in China through the study of this paper.
