A Creative Design Of Qianhai Smart Eco-City Business Model

The economics of our country has been growing sustainably and rapidly for the last thirty years.Urban areas went through a fast expansion and the level of urbanization increased rapidly.During the process of urbanization,the trend of social structure changes dynamically.Along with industries moving to the urban,the space of city,size of population were increasing and urban life style has been changed.The expanding mode of development was facing multiple pressure and required immediate adjustment.The issues of the society contain:unitingthe ecological environment and urban transformation development;constructingharmonious environment for people,urban and industries;and minimizing the chaotic and influential problems on society and economics due to the digression between industrial ecology and urban ecology.As China's rising strategic functional region,Qianhai Shenzhen-HongKong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone has accomplished the accumulation of"Trinity" policies and functions.Now Qianhaiwas qualified to explore the combination of urban construction and industrial development and experience such significant and historical opportunity.In 2012,as the industry orientation and city planning of Qianhai has been established,the function of the region has adjusted to be modern service region.Located at Qianhai,West Logistics has advantaged resources in lands policies,and now needs transitional development to meet inner and outer requirement.Based on the industrial environment and the constructional condition of Qianhai,this essay appliedbusiness model theory and analytical methods to compare the development of typical industry zone with business model.It proposed a new"Micro-eco system" orientated value after West Logistics transits to "Qianhai Smart eco-city".Combining with practical work,it analyzed the value proposal,the value sustainability and the value maintenance and depicted the structure and implementation of "Micro-eco system",along with its commercial value and social effects,etc.Through the business model theory,we can develop a creative design to explore a value-driven mechanism.In the practical route,we combine several elements such as policies,industries,technologies,operations,etc.to forge a"Micro-eco system" with regional viability in the complex Qianhai urban.This essay studies the logical relation between urban construction and industrial development and seek for the solution via business model.It provides a new option for the transition and upgradation of the project,the enterprise and the industry zone via business model.
