| With the development of people’s living standard and the popularity ofautomobile, bodily injury accident caused by improper operation of automobilewindows happened from time to time. So, electrical window with anti-pinchfunction is needed by existing cars. But most of the anti-pinch windows ofautomobile in our country are relying on importing now. In a word, the research ofthe intelligent windows control system provides practical significance to thedevelopment of automotive electronics of our country.In this paper, the mechanical construct of windows were analyzed particular,and the key-parameters of this system in mechanical and electrical were provided.The hardware circuit and software program were designed elaborately according tothe functions demand of this system. The LIN bus communication function wasrealized. Finally, function index of this system was achieved and proved by industrytests. In this paper, the basis anti-pinch algorithms were analyzed, and four types ofanti-pinch filter algorithm base on the modeling of vehicle vibration system andelectrical system were putted forward and analyzed, also these algorithm couldrestrain the interference effectively. Four types of algorithm such as Kalman filter,H filter, lagging filter and modes interchange filter were derived, analyzed andcompared. A new method to solve the anti-pinch filtering problem which was lowcost was proposed. On the one hand, fault calibration and handling function wasadded to this controlling system. On the other hand, hall anti-pinch algorithm andcurrent detection anti-pinch algorithm were applied redundant in this system. All ofthose methods above enhanced the reliability and safety of the whole system.At last, by means of the fatigue experiment and anti-pinch test in automotiveindustry, the availability and reliability of proposed algorithm and the system wereverified. This product is proved to be available in industrial environment. |
