Research On Stakeholders' Network Relationship In Subway Construction

There are many characters in underground construction,for example large-scale,complex structure,many involved stakeholders and so on.They are forming a complex network of relationships.Besides,the construction process,stakeholder involvement cannot be separated,the resources required to complete the project also lie in the various stakeholders hand side.Correctly understand and deal with the status and role of stakeholders in the project,it is important to ease conflicts of stakeholders in the project.Due to the above factors,how to use an effective and feasible method to analyze carding subway construction process stakeholder network relationships,and develop practical measures or recommendations based on the problems in the network structure from the perspective of project management,is an important thesis problem.Research on interests of stakeholders networking subway construction is a complex system.In order to achieve coordinated development and maximize meet the needs of all stakeholders in the subway construction.From the perspective of social network analysis,the article systematically study networking relationship of the stakeholders in subway construction.The specific contents are as follows:The article establishes a system of indicators by defining the relationship of stakeholders in subway construction,including the establishment of a contractual relationship,coordination,information exchange relationship,and the relationship of instruction.It calculates the index weight by analytic network process,also gives a complete networking model of stakeholder in subway construction.According to the network model,the article conducted a quantitative analysis of networking relationship to stakeholders in subway construction by learning from social network analysis theory and using UCINET software.Firstly,the paper quantifies the overall structure of stakeholders in subway construction by network density and the overall network center potential metrics.Secondly,the paper measures the importance of the individual stakeholder in the subway construction through the individual center metrics,and quantifies network structural holes by measuring the degree of redundancy of individual network nodes,constraints,efficiency,and level metrics.Finally,according to the method of stakeholder relations metro network construction and the corresponding analysis metrics,the paper selected Zhengzhou Metro construction phase of the project on the 5th case for application,and whose final results were analyzed and discussed.At the same time,to solve the problems in the network structure,there were realistic measures to improve the coordination of development stakeholders in the project,and help them form a high performance project team lay the foundation for the implementation of security projects.According to the analysis result showed that during the construction phase of the metro project,a fully competitive phenomenon may not yet be reached between stakeholders,besides supervision unit was easily controlled in the network for their thin power,and suffered the main pressure came from the employer.To help supervision units break away from the current situation in which the paper has proposed realistic measures to balance its position in the subway construction,and to lay its foundation for actively participating in project activities,as well as to provide ideas for subway construction in the network of stakeholders governance concerns.
