As a new derived railway transportation tool,High-speed Rail plays an important role in alleviating the tense of transportation,saving time,promoting the third industry,providing employment opportunities,promoting regional economic development and so on.The High-speed Rail runs under high-speed,and has many characteristics,such as smooth,low noise,all of what requires a more developed High-speed Rail Structure.The construction of rail system is an important part of High-speed Rail engineering project,which has some characteristics like large investment,long cycle,multi subject,high technical requirements and so on,and it is of great importance to create a risk identification and impact evaluation system.Ballastless track is the most advanced rail technology all around the world,above which the train can run smoothly,so it is applied more and more widely in the foreign countries.The study of safety management for rail transportation mainly concentrated in the aspects of safety regulations,management system,investment risk,but for technical performance of ballastless track project is still in the primary stage.Project risk identification is an important basis of project risk management,which is very important for finding the potential risks and ensuring the project implement smoothly.In this paper,based on China ballastless track construction projects,we mainly analyze the technical risk factors of ballastless track project,which focus on the uneven settlement of roadbed project.In this paper,on basis of the project risk identification process and the research of domestic and foreign data,the we established the mechanics analysis model,by considering the ballastless track construction characteristics in China.An then we use the finite element software ADINA and Adams dynamic simulation software,on the assumption that the uneven settlement of roadbed are uneven settlement cosine form,to analyze the influence on the upper mass concrete structure of uneven settlement of subgrade,and then analyze the influence of the transportation safety and comfort caused by uneven settlement of subgrade.So as to provide a qualitative and quantitative way to identify technical risk of ballastless track and analyze it's influences.
