With the rapid development of Chinese railway business,the replacement of existing line turnout and great number turnout is more and more,so the requirements of replace turnout machinery equipment are becoming more and more urgent.The degree of mechanization of railway turnout laying and replace machinery is very high,when replacing the turnout.Relative to the artificial replacement turnout,It has the following advantages:saving time,improving efficiency and increasing the construction safety.The paper is based on therailway turnout laying and replace machinery as the research object,using the finite element analysis method and using the finite element analysis software of Ansys Workbench,Midas and so on,analyses the metal structure strength,stiffness and modal,and the calculated results provides reference data as designing and improvingrailway turnout laying and replace machinery.Firstly,through the research of the replace turnout method and the replace turnout construction process,this paper analyzes the system composition and operation condition of the railway turnout laying and replace machinery,summarizes the problems that should be paid attention in the process of replacing turnout,establishes the railway turnout laying and replace machinery working process,landing system and travel system working process.Secondly,this paper analysises the main size,number,weight of turnout.Based on the finite element method,using Midas software,constructs the model of railway turnout laying and replace machinery and determines the needed numbers of railway turnout laying and replace machinery as landing turnout and distribution.Further analyzes the force and deflection deformation in the railway turnout laying and replace machinery support components,and completes the main structure parts design ofrailway turnout laying and replace machinery.And basded on statics,through establishing the finite element model of railway turnout laying and replace machinery components structure,using the finite element method,this paper analyzes the components strength and rigidity conditions;To travel tracks,making a moving load analysis,studies the travel track overall deformation and strength in the transverse process;Based on dynamics,using finite element analysis method and Ansys Workbench software,analysises the mode ofrailway turnout laying and replace machinery main bearing frame structure,and calculates its first six order natural frequency and inherent vibration mode,that provides the basis in order to avoid the resonance happened.Finally,according to the engineering machinery anti-overturn capacity analysis method,calculates and analyzes the stability of the machine in the work condition. |
