Plastic profile are widely used in construction,home as an important part of the building materials industry for its light weight,low prices,environmental protection,etc.Plastic profile wrapping package is an indispensable part of the product in the process of sales and transportation.The traditional plastic profile packing process is done all by the workers' hand-finished material,strapping,bagging and palletizing.This packaging is a serious waste of human resources which has low packaging efficiency and poor packaging quality.This paper developed a plastic profile packaging line for the manual packaging problem.In this paper,the plastic profile packaging line is divided into feeding module,transplanting bundling module,bagging shrinkage module and palletizing module by the product modular design method,combined with experience design,computer aided design.The total design of the packaging line,structural design,transmission control process design and finite element analysis of key components are discussed in detail.A packaging line prototype is created and debugging according to the design program,debugging results show that the packaging efficiency and packaging quality is improved.First of all,The packaging technology and packaging route of the packaging line are determined by analyzing the production technology,structural characteristics and the overall design requirements of the plastic profile,and the modular design concept is used to decompose the line.The overall design parameters of the packaging line are set up.The functional design of each function module is carried out on the basis of the overall parameters.The UG software is used to model and virtualize the packaging line and the simulation model of the system is established.Then,The design of the packaging line drive control system,the theoretical analysis and calculation of the pneumatic system are carried out,the selection of the cylinder is completed,and a reasonable transmission control flow is designed.Finally,ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software was used to analyze the trenches and palletizing manipulators under typical conditions,and the rationality of the structure was verified.The pallet manipulator was subjected to modal analysis under typical operating conditions to obtain the natural frequency and vibration type,which provides a reference for the structural design process to avoid resonance and late fault diagnosis.
