The frame was the main load bearing components of the electric tricycle. At present, in order to complete the electric tricycle frame still mainly rely on traditional design experience and a road test. Limitation of this approach and coupled with frame was a large force component, so if we can not predict the various parts of the deformation and stress distribution of the frame, it was difficult to draw a comprehensive electric tricycle frame carryingtheory of performance and safety data. The use of advanced analysis software (ANSYS) to analyze the frame of the force and intensity conditions, which come to the static and dynamic mechanical properties and strength indexe was a proven solution to address these problems.In this paper, it do the work of a heavy Loading of electric tricycle frame which designed and manufactured of Henan Loncin motorcycle Co., Ltd the Analysis of static and dynamic mechanical performance, to get its mechanics performance parameters and do the modal analysis to judge resonance of the frame structure and Motor, to compare the Experimental prediction and finite element analysis of the resulting data, it can put forward Possible solutions for prevention of motor and frame resonance. The main content of this paper contains the following aspects:First, the paper describes the basic theory of finite element analysis and mechanical basis of knowledge.Second, the paper use SOLIDWORKES software to build solid model of the electric tricycle frame and three-dimensional model into the finite element simulation platform of ANSYS Workbench.(AWE). In view of the fact that the frame was a large assembly, it was necessary to model the associated processing. Using finite element analysis model of the shell-solid elements and white, respectively, for the fully loaded bending, loaded with the emergency brake, fully loaded to reverse the analysis and calculation of the static strength of the frame and mechanical properties and climbing four conditions.Again, the paper use ANSYS Workbench dynamics analysis module of the frame dynamics analysis. Often overload and full load conditions on the vehicle with the same initial velocity, sub-sections of different acceleration process driven simulation analysis, and obtained the vehicle in the process of dynamic driving strength and mechanical performance indicators.Finally, the paper use of the ANSYS Workbench which belong to modal analysis,to get the frame of the first6natural frequencies and mode shapes and Numerical methods to estimate the natural frequency of the first6of the stator. The data obtained by the two methods to compare, the conclusion come to the frame and motor resonance. Finally, The conclusion that the motor may occur resonance results.
