With the continuous improvement of the vehicle speed,the increasing demands on the car's safety performance,especially in the automotive wheel balancing.To ensure traffic safety,wheel balancing test is of great significance.With the development of embedded system,the wheel balancing test equipment development trend is continuous improvement of equipment interactive interface to increase the level of automation and operational efficiency.The subject first expounded the basic principle of the dynamic balance and the several types of imbalance though mechanical principles and mechanical analysis.Thereby further analysis of the dynamic balance test technology and automobile wheel balancing test to do targeted research,then develop wheel balancing the overall scheme of the detection system.Using the LPC2132 microprocessor as the core of the signal detection system.The required wheel balancing data is detected by the two piezoelectric sensors and the three photoelectric toothed disc.SEP4020 microprocessor as the core of human-computer interaction system will display wheel balancing data in 8-inch TFT LCD display.MinGUI provide simple and intuitive graphical user interface.The use of this very popular and freethe preemptive kernel uC/OS-II operating system,put forward the solutions of multitasking run of human-computer interaction systems and high-capacity removable storage via SD card FAT32 file system.Also introduced two system implementation bluetooth wireless communication,put forward the reliability plan of detection data and control command transmission.Based on the embedded system of wheel dynamic balance test to realize the detection system of low cost and miniaturization,and provides a friendly man-machine interface.The plan of the signal detection system and human-computer interaction system are separated,both through the bluetooth communication and synchronization work can be easily realize system upgrade and function expanding,and have certain reference significance to other detection system design.
