Nowadays miniaturization of the Mass-Spectrometer has become a trend of mass-spectrometric technique. Purpose of this subject is to develop the MS Human-Computer Interaction System for miniature mass spectrometer based on the embedded platform. This thesis has designed four hardware circuit boards, which include ARM floor board, DSP board, device control board and interface board. This thesis has designed the interface solutions of the hardware system, applied the protection circuit of serial port and designed the watchdog circuit program in the DSP board, and designed three levels circuit protection scheme of serial port in the interface board.Based on the hardware platform the Windows CE system has been customized under the requirements of MS Human-Computer Interaction System. The components of the system have been customized. Then the Software Developments Kit has been exported. At last BootLoader program was revised. The customized Windows CE system has been tested and run very well. Above the customized Windows CE system this thesis has designed and realized MS Human-Computer Interaction System, designed and realized the communication protocol of MS Human-Computer Interaction System. The mass spectrum seamless data communication scheme using the state machine has been proposed and implemented. In this thesis the local storage and management scheme of mass spectrum data has been proposed and come true. The mass spectrum data network transmission scheme has been proposed and realized through TCP/IP protocol. Then this thesis has developed a Vacuum Test Human-Computer Interaction System. Multiple threads have been applied to achieve this system. Vacuum Test Human-Computer Interaction System has been tested and run very well. This thesis also designed and carried out four subsystems of the MS Human-Computer Interaction System, which included Parameter System, Device Control System, RF Envelope System and Condition Monitoring System. At last, this thesis has looked forward to follow-up work of MS Human-Computer Interaction System.
