This topic originated from an actual research project.This project is mainly to develop the comprehensive performance testing system of hydraulic and transmission components.The test includes the static and dynamic performance trials of the typical hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders and special transmission components.The test system combines a number of technology for hydraulic transmission, automatic control, signal detection, database design, industrial computer and PLC systems, etc.This subject is responsible for design of human-computer interaction and database.For the test system,the design of Human Machine Interface and database is an important part of the entire project,its significance related to the quality of the entire project,be sure to do this work.This paper firstly introduces the current methods commonly used in human-computer interaction and database software design platform, and chooses.Secondly, the design of human-computer interaction and database are based on the testing procedures.Here the paper details the basis of the design of human-computer interaction and database for example of hydraulic cylinder testing procesures. According to the testing procedures,using WinCC the paper completes human-machine interface design,including the login interface,the interface(for test selection),the test cell interface. The human-computer interaction achieves the following features:user management, dynamic display of test system, processing of test data, test data storage. Communication between WinCC and the PLC to establish the basis of human-computer interaction, Means of communication is to set the corresponding process variable.In database design the paper uses Access as the software platform.Establish the Access table based on trials needs.In database design,the paper uses VB6.0to access the database and controls in VB to achive report printing, historical data query, and system management functions in WinCC. After completion of the human-computer interaction, database design,the paper debugs the system in the test room and Initially verifies the feasibility of the above design.
