In the near futrue,China will carry out the construction of the space station.The lighting system is an important subsystem of the space station.Comfortable and supporting's lighting will provide good lighting environment for the living and jobs in the cabin by astronaut,and protect the personal safety of the astronauts;at the same time,the power control of Lighting also play an important part in the smooth implementation of the entire space mission.The design process of cabin's lighting,in order to establish a craft cabin lighting environment to meet highly reliable?efficient and the requirements of ergonomics,you must choose the right lighting system to reach the cabin lighting indicators for the lighting the system size,weight,power restrictions and reliability.The " Shenzhou 7" extravehicular lights to play a very important role for astronauts spacewalk." Shenzhou 7 "into the orbit,then it will spend 90 minutes around the Earth once,there must be a period of time in which the earth's shadow area,then extravehicular will be very dark,astronauts walking must have a light source illumination.The extravehicular lights using LED technology.China is the first country in the world which uses LED technology as the extravehicular space lighting.Previously,the foreign extravehicular lighting commonly used metal halide lights." Shenzhou 7" lighting system power consumption is very small,the valuable energy had saved used for "Shenzhou7" other parts.Because LED 's sensitive semiconductor device characteristics,and has a negative temperature characteristic.Therefore,needs to be a protection of the steady state operation in the application process,thus,there be a drive concept.LED is unlike ordinary incandescent bulb which can be connected directly to a 220V AC mains.The LED is driven at low voltage of 2-3 v,so it must be designed the complex transform circuit,there be a high demanding for the power supply matching of the LED driver.The quality of drive power is one of the important Safeguard for LED longevity and high efficient.Aircraft cabin lighting equipment including cabin lighting,lighting power.In the escape lifesaving state,the return process,and after landing,lighting equipment is in working state.According to the requirements,lighting power supply for cabin LED lights provide a stable DC current,the operating mode is the constant current mode.Power to the cabin lights is installed in the dashboard of the cabin,which is consists of two independent power,there are the main power and standby power(Cold backup for the power).The two power all had supplies the design of protection for circuit,and have the ability for the output current can be adjusted.With the changes in the output current to control the brightness of the lights of the cabin lighting,to meet the different needs of the lighting intensity for the astronauts in the cabin different time periods.
