Energy conservation is an inevitable requirement of economic development,and global lighting accounts for 20 percent of energy consumption.At present,improving lighting electricity efficiency and developing green lighting technology can effectively achieve energy saving and emission reduction.Light Emitting Diode(LED)is the fourth generation of new solid state cold Light source after incandescent lamp,fluorescent lamp and high voltage gas discharge lamp.It has the advantages of simple structure,light weight and less energy consumption.LED driving power supply is a key component of LED lighting lamps.Based on this,it is necessary to study the driving power supply of LED lighting.This paper refers to the relevant research on LED lighting driver technology at home and abroad,starting from the lighting principle and dimming technology,after studying a variety of control schemes that have been widely used,combined with precise control,according to the existing dimming technology,put forward a multi-output intelligent LED driver chip scheme using PWM control.Based on the machine learning model of random forest,the watch is taken as the terminal,and the collected training data is used to train the watch,so as to realize the color change and brightness change control of LED lamps with gestures.The driver chip in the intelligent LED lighting system has two control channels,respectively control white light lighting and control color light lighting,and can realize brightness adjustment.When white light illumination,after the mains input chip via stepdown module for each module to provide power supply,constant current module and the LED load connection,when logical module receives the external enabling signal output control signal to benchmark circuits,adjust the output voltage reference value,reference voltage after comparing with sawtooth wave produced by the oscillator output compared three different signals(duty cycle are 35%,65% and 85% respectively),corresponding to three kinds of brightness control.In color lighting,three light sources are designed: red,blue and green.Each light source with different color also has three different duty cycle signals to control the brightness.Finally,based on the 1?m high voltage BCD process,the intelligent LED lighting driver circuit is designed and verified by simulation.The step-down module,the reference module and the logic driver module are integrated.At the same time,the overcurrent protection,over-temperature protection,over-voltage protection and ESD protection circuits are added to enhance the reliability of the chip.The related functions and performance of each module circuit and the whole circuit are verified through simulation.The chip layout is designed according to the whole circuit,and DRC and LVS verification are completed.
