This paper firstly based on the current new lighting source of the practical need of LED light-emitting diodes, puts forward the necessity of heat dissipation, and through comparing proposed a feasible scheme innovative ideas. Then, the parameters of technology for lighting LED drive power supply, circuit diagram, important components and key waveforms to give theoretical research, mainly based on SF5773, SE8510, SE8326, BP9022A, FT838NB drive power supply scheme for schematic design, hardware circuit design, physical drawing, and some important parameters testing. Among them, I am SF5773 based LED drive power supply for the innovative design, make the power efficiency of the a few percentage points. Finally to give study to the LED drive power supply high frequency transformer core, the end with the same problems including transformer, transformer winding in the problems and solutions, the different transformer winding way, the theory of transformer parameter calculation method, the key of the transformer at work waveform analysis. Me for five different power supply scheme, calculate the core of the transformer parameters, such as the primary inductance, the primary current, the primary number of turns, the first level turns ratio, etc., when the value is determined, using coiling machine good corresponding coil winding on the magnetic core skeleton, reoccupy inductance meter measuring the inductance of the transformer with the magnetic core, reaches calculated value shall be fixed on it, this transformer can be connected to the circuit and relevant tests. In the LED drive power supply transformer design, I have three innovations:One is in power secondary USES the new type of synchronous rectification scheme, improve the efficiency of power supply; 2 it is based on the change of the transformer winding way, improve the transformer working stability; Three is to increase a set of the transformer secondary coil, which can realize the stability of the two lines of output. This article summarizes the necessity of the LED heat dissipation system, the social status quo, research prospect, and switching power supplies and high frequency transformer design provides a theoretical support and the concrete implementation method.
