Formation Mechanisms And Public Space Construction Of Creative Community

At present,China's economy has entered the development of the new normal.With the urban renewal and industrial upgrading,urban innovation in desperate need of new spatial carriers in the era of popular entrepreneurship and innovation.Community,the basic unit of the city,which is regarded as the micro level that need to be implement in process of creative cities construction,and thus create creative communities have important values for the urban transformation and enhance urban vitality.Western developed countries started the theoretical research and practice of creative community in the post World War II,however,our country for the systematic theoretical research of creative community and its planning is still very limited at present,and practice of the creative community just started.The thesis to the creative community as the research object,theoretical study and case analysis to the elements,basic characteristics,formation mechanisma and public space construction of the different types of creative community,which can not only enrich the community planning in China,but also provide theoretical basis and reference for the construction of creative community and the promotion of community creative function.Overall,there are two aspects in the thesis,theoretical framework and empirical cases analysis,and the main contents as follows: First,defining the concept of the creative community,divide the creative community types according to the cause of it,and reveal the basic conditions and dynamic mechanism of its formation,which on the basis of that systematic review of the relevant theoretical results of urban community planning,creative community planning and community public space construction in the domestic and foreign,and the summary of foreign successful cases.Secondly,comparative analysis method was used to explore the creative community planning objectives,principles and main contents,and exploratory to build the basic theories of the creative community planning and planning system in our country,from the perspective of comparison with the general urban community planning.Thirdly,interaction between community public space construction and community creative function will be parsed,put forward the basic principles of the creative community public space construction,and explore the planning and design concept of promoting the promotion of community creative functions through public space.Fourthly,empirical analysis of the creative community development and public space construction based on the above theory analysis framework,which select 39 ° space art creative community in Foshan and Xiaozhou community in the Haizhu District of Guangzhou,respectively as the typical case of government-led and spontaneous succession type of creative community.Combing the formation and development process of two case communities,analyze the composition elements of the communities and their spatial characteristics,and reveal the forming dynamic mechanisms of different types of creative communities.Then,analysis of the current situation and problems of the public space through field investigation,questionnaire and interview.And analysis of the related planning,user's satisfaction and demand space and the space problems were used to implement the public space construction plans and strategies of cases in finally.
