By the end of 2018,35 cities in China(mainland)have completed and opened urban rail transit lines,with a total operating mileage of 5761.4km and 185 lines.China's subway construction is booming.According to the data,human factors account for a high proportion of the causes of accidents.At present,there are relatively few studies on human errors in subway,and there are also some problems such as weak pertinence and poor system.Based on this,this paper adopts HFACS-MA(The Human Factors Analysis and Classification System-Metro Accident)model and Apriori algorithm to study The Accident causation mechanism and construct The Accident causation chain,and proposes coping strategies,which are of great significance for The prevention and control of Human error in subway accidents.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Based on actual subway,the subway accident emergency disposal requirements and characteristics of the metro man by accident,the person by error analyses model,build suitable for subway HFACS-MA model by error analyses,the model consists of two plates(accident cause of plate and the accident feedback plate),five levels(organization,safety supervision and management layer,the precondition of unsafe behavior and unsafe behavior,accident emergency disposal layer),27 factors(see table 3-1),a comprehensive reflects the characteristics of the subway accident emergency disposal,analyses of the subway accident during the process of the human cause.2.Based on the analyses model of human cause of subway accidents,Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the association rules among factors of 134 groups of subway accident data,and the human cause chain of subway accidents is constructed.Combined with the actual situation of subway,the cause chain of the accident was analyzed to provide favorable support for the subsequent accident prevention and control.3.Based on the analyses of accident cause chain,according to the three stages of accident development,"before--during--after",analyze the role of accident cause chain in different stages,and help the operation unit to prevent and control the accident "before";"In the event" to carry out the key monitoring of common risk points and emergency decision assistance;"After the event" to determine the responsibility of the accident and cause analyses.Effectively improve the safety operation level of operating units,and ensure the safety of life and property of passengers and operating personnel.4.An example is given to illustrate the application of this method in the daily production of operating units.Help the operation unit to prevent and control the accident in the whole process.Through the real-time update of the database,the various risks of the operation unit are continuously discovered,and the accident can be effectively avoided by intervening in advance.
