Non-coal Mine Production Process Analysis And Modeling Of Human Factors

Non-coal mining industry production safety situation is grim, accidents occur frequently, for our country poses a serious property damage and casualties.The data show that more than 80 percent of non-coal mine accidents cause by human factors.How do non-coal mines due to factors Hermit management and pre-control is an urgent matter.In this paper, the author statistics and analysis much non-coal mine accident happened in our country. The author analyses and modeling the human factors of non-coal mines.The main content of this paper and the research results obtained are as follows:⑴Through the "Reason" theory research and innovation, a new HFACS model is put forward.This model includes five types of accident causes(poor organization and management, unsafe supervision, premise of unsafe behavior, unsafe behavior and inappropriate emergency rescue) and twenty-four human factors.⑵Further quantitative and qualitative analyses of human factors have been done through the set pair analysis and HFACS model.Through the analysis of the potential set, contact degree of uncertainty and pessimism potential, can be a good person who grasp mine safety status as a whole.⑶Learn from experience in behavioral theory unsafe behavior management, with the ABC analysis,developed a human factors improvement model of non-coal mines.Using this model not only greatly reduced the occurrence of unsafe behavior,but also improve some in “Organization- Management- Monitoring” and Premiseunsafe behavior.Well improved unsafe human factors in the process of production.⑷ HFACS briefly studied applications of non-coal mines in other areas, and provides bibliographic references and ideas construction.The innovation of this paper is to establish a non-coal mines HFACS model and establish quantitative evaluation model and human factors improvement model.To achieve a quantitative assessment of human factors safety and improve the unsafe human factors.This reach aims to provide management and improvement methods for non-coal mines in human factors.
