Research On Influencing Factors Of Enterprise Management Of Commercial Bus Accidents Based On HFACS-BAs

Commercial bus transportation is an important way to send passengers in China.Because of the large passenger capacity of the commercial bus,once a traffic accident occurs,it will cause significant casualties and economic losses.We can see from the accident report of the bus accident that the driver’s human error is the direct cause of the bus accident,but the indirect impact of the passenger transport enterprise on the bus accident can’t be ignored.Therefore,studying the main influencing factors of passenger transport enterprises on bus accidents can effectively reduce the occurrence of bus accidents from the source of enterprises.This is of great significance for reducing the accident rate of bus in China.This thesis analyzes the indicator system of road passenger transport enterprise safety evaluation and decides to analyze the bus accident by using Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS).We analyzed,summarized,and summarized the collected 452 bus accident reports,and revised the HFACS in conjunction with enterprise safety indicators for bus accidents.Finally,an analytical model HFACS-BAs for bus accidents was formed.We decompose and encode the cause of the bus accident,and then perform consistency check on the encoded data to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the code.After obtaining the final encoded data,we perform frequency statistical analysis on the coding of each factor in HFACS-BAs.We use SPSS software to perform binary logistic regression analysis on the encoded data of bus accidents to determine the correlation and correlation strength of adjacent level factors of HFACS-BAs.Then based on the frequency ratio of each factor of HFACS-BAs and the correlation strength index between the factors,we use Super Decision software to analyze the factors of HFACS-BAs by ANP.Finally,we can determine the weight of each factor of HACS-BAs.The results show that:(1)There are 14 pairs of factors in the adjacent levels of HFACS-BAs.Among them,“improper operational process” and “inadequate supervision”,“inadequate supervision” and “insufficient personal readiness”,“insufficient personal readiness” and “violation” have the strongest correlation;(2)The main factors affecting bus accidents in the management of passenger transport enterprises are " inadequate supervision"," supervisory violations" and "improper operational process".
