With the continuous development and progress of science and technology,in the background of existing technology,the use of various intelligent equipment for data collection and measurement has become an efficient and convenient means of natural disaster prevention,but currently in mountain flood disasters There are still many problems that need to be overcome in the field of prevention and control,such as poor communication foundation in mountain areas,single monitoring data,and high satellite communication operating costs.In view of the above problems,this design proposes the concept of a portable flash flood warning package.The portable package can be used as a mobile terminal to monitor and warn of flash flood disasters that may occur in a certain area.Using the portable bag can obtain accurate warning information at the first time,so as to achieve the purpose of early warning and early warning.This system is composed of two parts: data acquisition node and handheld portable bag.The main contents of the design process are as follows:(1)Analyze the current status of flash flood warning systems at home and abroad by referring to the data.Based on the problems of high equipment cost,short communication distance and dense node layout in the current flash flood warning system,a flash flood warning system based on Lo Ra sensor network is designed.Using Lo Ra wireless communication technology for data transmission.In the design,the relevant hardware circuit is designed by itself,which effectively solves the problem of short data transmission distance and reduces system power consumption and cost.Research and design a brand new method of mountain flood warning evaluation,which makes the system's accuracy rate of mountain flood warning reach 85%.(2)In the design,we focused on the research of the mountain flood early warning system algorithm,elaborated the application of the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and time series algorithm,and confirmed the accuracy of the mountain flood early warning system algorithm in this design through a large amount of data verification.(3)Designed the hardware circuit of the terminal acquisition node and embedded backplane,strictly in accordance with the design idea of low power consumption,using Altium Designer2019 software to design the circuit and remove the complex redundant circuit.It effectively reduces the power consumption of the system and guarantees the uninterrupted work of the terminal collection node under the application conditions of mountainous areas.Finally,the reliability of the power supply system of the terminal collection node is verified through testing,and the low power consumption performance of the collection node and the embedded backplane is analyzed and compared with some current devices.(4)The Lo Ra wireless communication technology is studied,the advantages of Lo Ra wireless communication in the current wireless communication field are introduced in detail,and the performance of the Lo Ra wireless transmission distance in the system is determined through testing.(5)KEIL5.0 is used for program development of the terminal acquisition node,and the power consumption of the device is further reduced at the software design level.Using C / C ++ language and QT for programming,a flash flood warning operation interface based on the Exynos4412 core processor is designed,and the power consumption of the portable flash flood warning package is reduced in software design through Linux function development.
