In recent years,the petrochemical industry has gradually replaced the traditional industry as one of the pillar industries in China.At present,due to the natural advantages of islands,the focus of petrochemical industry base location is gradually shifting to coastal areas.However,the stone needed for land formation and embankment engineering of petrochemical base is scarce,and the island location is remote,which makes it inconvenient to transport by sea.Therefore,only through engineering blasting to complete the island’s mining to supply the stone needed for the project,but also for the petrochemical base to provide construction land.However,the implementation of large-scale mine blasting projects is very easy to cause slope instability accidents,which endangers the safety of work site and staff and equipment.Once the accident happens,the casualties are serious and the rescue work is difficult to complete.Therefore,the design and research of monitoring and early warning system for engineering blasting slope is of great practical significance.Firstly,the Bayesian network analysis(BN)method is selected to identify the risk of the slope in the working site,Five first-level early warning indicators of rock mass structure,failure mode of slope,influence of water,geometric characteristics of slope and influence of supporting and reinforcing facilities on slope stability are obtained.Combining the advantages of fault tree analysis and the functions and analysis steps of fault tree analysis,the fault tree of slope instability in operation site is constructed.96 minimum cut sets and 3 minimum path sets are obtained by solving the formula.According to the structural importance analysis,the influence of each basic event on slope instability is intuitively understood,so as to facilitate the formulation of reasonable and orderly preventive measures.Secondly,Delphi method is used to screen and optimize the early warning indicators of slope,Fifteen secondary indicators have been refined according to the five first-level early warning indicators mentioned above.Among them,the geometric characteristics of slope can be refined into three secondary indicators: slope height,slope gradient and topaccumulation;the rock mass structure of slope can be divided into three secondary indicators: slope structure,structural plane characteristics and bedrock weathering characteristics;the influencing factors of water can be subdivided into three secondary indicators: groundwater,surface water and rainfall;and the failure mode of slope can be subdivided into collapse and fall,plane failure,toppling failure and wedge-shaped failure.Four secondary indexes are destroyed;supporting and strengthening facilities can be divided into two secondary indexes: anti-slide pile and Pile-sheet wall,anchor rod and anchor cable frame.Then using Yaahp software to build the monitoring and early warning indicators of working site slope,and calculate the weight of the indicators.Finally,combined with computer technology,sensor technology and slope deformation monitoring theory,the overall structure of slope monitoring system in engineering blasting site is designed and studied.The software design of the system includes two subsystems: slope structure monitoring and slope displacement monitoring.Through the research of programming software,the software part of slope monitoring system is designed with LabVIEW virtual programming language.The main interface of user login,the testing interface of slope structure monitoring subsystem and the testing interface of slope displacement monitoring subsystem are designed.Because of my limited ability and time,some contents are not perfect enough.It is also hoped that in the future research,the monitoring data of the working site can be acquired and processed and analyzed in combination with the monitoring equipment,so as to build a more automatic and intelligent slope monitoring and early warning platform.
