In recent years,industrial enterprises shoulder the heavy burden of promoting the economic construction of the Pan Pearl River economic belt and play a key role in the development of trans-provincial cooperation.However,the sacrifice behind the industrialization is that the ecological environment is seriously polluted and the natural resources are consumed endlessly.In addition,due to the backward production technology and the lack of innovation ability,many industrial enterprises are unable to achieve the goal of economic growth and environmental friendliness in the production process,which violates the production concept of sustainable development.On the one hand,innovation can solve the long-standing economic development contradiction in China;on the other hand,the concept of green innovation is actually put forward to integrate the requirements of sustainable development into the innovation concept,which can transform the economic development model from catch-up development model to sustainable development model.Green innovation development of industrial enterprises is the only way to ensure the coordinated development of economic growth and resources and environment road.To improve the performance of green innovation is a necessary link to promote the development of green innovation of industrial enterprises in the Pan Pearl River economic belt,and to realize the coexistence of economic benefit growth and environmental friendliness.After the study of green innovation theory,sustainable development theory and industrial ecology theory,this study summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,and sorts out the contents of green innovation,green innovation performance,green innovation performance evaluation methods and influencing factors.Based on the appearance of green innovation input and output of industrial enterprises in nine provinces of Pan Pearl River economic belt in recent years,the performance evaluation index system of green innovation of industrial enterprises in Pan Pearl River economic belt is established.Then,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to measure the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in the Pan Pearl Rive economic belt.Then Tobit regression model is used to analyze the mechanism of influencing factors on the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in the Pan Pearl Rive economic belt.Finally,based on the above analysis results,the paper proposes the improvement path of green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in the Pan PearlRive economic belt from the perspective of the whole Pan Pearl Rive economic belt and the provinces.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)from 2009 to 2017,the overall green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in the Pan Pearl River economic belt was in the middle and low level,and there was a significant gap between the provinces;(2)Guizhou and Hainan were in the low performance region.Yunnan,Guangxi,Jiangxi and Fujian were in the middle-low performance region.Sichuan,Hunan were in the middle performance regions.There is a fault phenomenon in the middle-high region,no province or region is in this region,and finally only Guangdong is in the high performance region in all periods;(3)the opening degree and government support degree of Pan Pearl River economic belt have a significant role in promoting the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises,while the economic development level and enterprise scale have a negative effect on the green innovation performance of industrial enterprises,while the impact of environmental regulation intensity is not significant.
