Environmental pollution and economic growth have always been a hot topic of concern. The Silk Road Economic Belt is at the forefront of the country's opening to the outside world and it is an important component of the regional development strategy. It provides a backdrop for the country's efforts to provide the Silk Road Economic Belt.Next, the study of economic development of the Silk Road Economic Belt is of great significance. This research mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)Using the SBM directional distance function and the global Malmquist-Luburger productivity index method and the green economic growth accounting method to decompose the source of green growth in the province of the Silk Road Economic Belt into a green technical efficiency change. The development of green technologies and the comparison of traditional total factor productivity with interannual and inter-provincial aspects respectively have provided an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the province's green total factor productivity growth in the Silk Road Economic Belt.(2)Based on relevant theories, select the indicators such as industrial structure, energy consumption, government intervention, openness to the outside world, degree of marketization, scientific and technological innovation, infrastructure, environmental regulation, economic development level, factor endowments, etc. The direction and degree of influence of factor productivity.(3)Based on the relevant conclusions of the empirical analysis,we propose corresponding measures to promote the growth of provincial total green TFP in the Silk Road Economic Belt. The main conclusions of this study are:(1)The growth rate of provincial total green total factor productivity in the Silk Road Economic Belt is slow, and the provincial differences are small.Green total factor productivity relies mainly on green technological progress, and green technology efficiency contributes less.(2)There is a significant difference between the calculation results of green total factor productivity considering energy, environmental variables, and human capital, and the results of neglecting unintended output. The neglect of total factor productivity of non-expectedoutput will underestimate the growth rate of total factor growth.Contributions, and will confuse the relative effects of technological progress and changes in technological efficiency on the growth rate of green total factor.(3)Energy consumption, degree of marketization, infrastructure, and factor endowments have a positive effect on green total factor productivity;economic development levels, government intervention, and green total factor productivity have a negative effect;industrial structure, openness to the outside world The impact of factors such as technological innovation, environmental regulation, etc.on total factor productivity of green is not significant. In order to promote the sustainable development of the provincial economy of the Silk Road Economic Belt and realize the recycling economy, while improving infrastructure and increasing capital investment,it is necessary to pay attention to strengthen environmental regulation, focus on scientific and technological innovation, improve the level of opening to the outside world, and optimize the internal industries within the region, promote the green transformation of the industry, optimize the energy consumption structure, develop and utilize factor endowments and human capital etc.,which enable the provincial economy of the Silk Road Economic Belt to achieve a sound and rapid development.
