In recent years,as living standards in rural areas have gradually improved,National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China shows about 700 million people in rural areas produce more than 200 million tons of rural household waste each year,indicating the amount of rural household waste produced.Meanwhile,the composition of garbage has also gradually changed from organic garbage to organic and inorganic co-existing garbage,and has become increasingly close to the composition of urban garbage,and the inorganic quantity is still on the rise,not only seriously affecting the life and production of farmers,but alsodoesn’t match the needs of the people who live in the countryside for a better life.In February 2018,the General Office of the Communist Party of China and the State Council General Office issued a three-year Action Plan for the improvement of rural living environment,with "promoting the treatment of rural household garbage" as the top priority.In the 2020 central government document No.1,it was stated that the government would "comprehensively promote the control of rural household waste,carry out pilot projects of on-site classification and reduction at source,and accelerate the pace of the "new fashion" in rural areas.In the special period of epidemic situation,the treatment of rural household garbage is the safeguard of villagers’health.Pulandian District is Dalian’s youngest new urban district,with 175 administrative villages and a vast countryside of 550,000 people.The types of rural household garbage are diversified,and the negative effects on the ecological environment and human body will become more and more obvious.In recent years,the Pulandian District government has attached great importance to the problem of rural domestic waste treatment,and has carried out a series of measures.In the course of the treatment,a large number of problems have also accumulated.Therefore,a study on the problem of rural domestic waste treatment in Pulandian District has been carried out,not only to meet the needs of Pulandian District,but also to promote the healthy development of urban and rural environment,and to achieve the necessary guarantee of beautiful rural construction.The text is composed of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,as well as the research status and the research methods adopted at home and abroad.The Third Chapter takes Pulandian District as the research object,introduces the current situation of its rural domestic waste treatment,at the same time,it also introduces the current measures it has taken,the achievements it has made,and the problems existing in the current treatment process,while the fourth chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign experience of the treatment of rural domestic waste,and the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures of the treatment of rural domestic waste in Pulandian District.The management of rural domestic waste is not accomplished in one move.However in terms of urgency,governance must seize the day,seize the crux of the problem.Therefore.the countermeasures are to strengthen the propaganda of rural domestic waste control,to perfect the laws and regulations of rural domestic waste control,and to optimize the main body of rural domestic waste control.Fourth,provide multidirectional guarantee of capital and technical support.Fifth,the realization of rural domestic waste control normalization.
