Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste

Domestic waste pollution is the largest source of rural pollution in China,which has a significant impact on the rural ecological environment and rural social and economic development.At present,from the overall situation of rural domestic waste,rural areas are still in the initial stage of exploration and development,most of the rural domestic waste has not been effectively treated.In qitai town of Shangdu County,rural household waste sorting has been promoted,but there are still some gaps with expectations.How can we integrate the reality of Shangdu and promote the sorting of rural household waste,it is an urgent problem for classified treatment of rural waste in Qitai town.Based on“Rural domestic waste,Public goods theory and Government regulation theory,the characteristics of rural domestic waste management were investigated by questionnaire and binary Logit model,based on the study of the characteristics of household waste classification behavior,the thesis concludes that the government should design and implement the policy of rural household waste classification according to different regions,different groups and different characteristics,in order to improve the participation and effectiveness of household waste classification and management behavior,so as to make the classification of domestic waste more efficient.Based on the actual situation of our county,this thesis analyzes the factors affecting the behavior of rural household garbage classified management from the perspective of government support,and reveals the important role of government support in promoting the classified management of rural household garbage,at the same time,it also points out the influence of other personal factors,social factors and mass communication factors on farmers’ garbage sorting behavior.This article is for consummates our country countryside life garbage classification management system,enhances the countryside life garbage classification management level,the countryside garbage management long-term effect mechanism,guides the farmer to form the healthy civilized production and living habits,we will improve the reduction,resourcing and harmless treatment of rural household waste,effectively improve the appearance of villages and improve the quality of life of the people.
