With the implementation of national quality power strategy and the increasingly fierce market competition,the quality improvement of manufacturing enterprises is imperative.As a common equipment in petrochemical enterprises.The accidents caused by the quality problems of pressure vessels include leakage and explosion,etc.In recent years,accidents have occurred frequently during the operation of pressure vessels.In 2018 alone,a total of 9 pressure vessel accidents occurred nationwide,resulting in different degrees of loss of life and property.Therefore,its quality is more concerned.According to statistics,there are nearly 20,000 pressure vessel manufacturing enterprises of different sizes in China.Although there is a certain gap in the quality management level of these enterprises,most of them are actively seeking ways to improve product quality and improve product quality through internal reform and strengthening control.This paper firstly analyzes the quality formation process of pressure vessel manufacturing by studying the quality management theories and the research status at home and abroad,and analyzes the factors affecting the manufacturing quality from the aspects of human,machine,material,method and ring,and finds out several key points of quality control in the manufacturing of pressure vessel.Basic situation in the understanding of A company by external customers on the basis of investigation,discovered the company A pressure container product quality problems,analysis to find the welding quality is the main reason affecting the quality of products,improve the qualified rate of welding improved goal set,identify the three important factors affecting the quality of A company's products,the use of raw material,welding procedure qualification and welding quality,combined with detection data in the first half of 2019 the production process,from these three factors detailed analysis the existing problems.Through the analysis of quality problems,it can be found that nondestructive testing technology as a quality control method has important significance in ensuring product quality.However,the reliability of the test results is also affected by its own principle,operation process and other factors.If the quality of the test is not high,the test results will be biased to a certain extent.On the one hand,the quality level of the product cannot be truly reflected;on the other hand,the results cannot guide the actual production process.Through the investigation on the quality of NDT work of A company,this paper finds three major problems,such as serious errors and omissions,insufficient technical level of personnel,and lack of guidance and supervision of testing process.Through the formulation and implementation of corresponding countermeasures,the quality of NDT work is improved and the reliability of testing results is improved.Finally,from the perspective of improving product quality,this paper puts forward the classification management of raw material suppliers,pays attention to the use of welding technology to assess and predict quality problems and the improvement measures for the whole process of welding inspection.After the development and implementation of the improvement measures,the improvement activities are verified by analyzing and comparing the product quality data.In the process of implementing the consolidation plan,the countermeasures are formulated into the company's management system documents to ensure the long-term effective implementation of the countermeasures.In view of the obstacles in the process of quality improvement,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of quality culture.
